Handmade needlepoint vintage wool rug tapestry 81cmx115cm pink blue -unfinished

  
A vintage rug which I inherited, handmade in wool. I think it is what is known as needlepoint, and it must have taken many hours. Note - one end hasn't had the fringes added, although that won't be necessary if you plan to use it as a wall hanging.

It also doesn't have a backing - again, not essential. Also note - it is slightly'skewed', i. Not a perfect rectangle, which I'm told often happens with hand sewn items. You can see that especially in the photo where it is folded into quarters. It measures approx 32in x 45 in, or 81cm x 115cm.

Colours are pink, blue and cream, with a pretty floral design. A real vintage one of a kind.
